omg does anyone know what song I'm talking about?

I have no idea what it is, but they say some gibberish and it's either
"oh she man" or "oh she mad" but the guy kinda slurs it together and
then in between its like do do do do do do. it's one of those songs
that everyone knows.. except me haha. someone please help me even
though I gave like no clues :P

I tried looking the lyrics up in google and couldn't find it
